On Sunday, we saw that Jesus stated that His hour had arrived and that He had come to earth for this purpose: to be lifted up from the earth and to draw all people to Himself (John 12:23,27,32).
This is the glory of Jesus! In His humiliation, in suffering and death on the cross, we see His glory, not just in His Resurrection and Ascension.
In view of this, we are to live for the glory of God. We studied several passages on this and I challenged us to pick one of these verses and meditate on it this week.
Here are the verses:
How do you respond to the glory of Jesus?
To Him be glory forever!
Please read John 13 for Sunday.
